Delete your account

You can permanently remove your account and associated synced learning data directly through the secure app.

Secure deletion pathway

  1. Open Account & sync using the button below.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to remove.
  3. Tap Delete account & data.
  4. Enter the account password and confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

The live account record, email association, password hash, verification and reset tokens, active sessions, synced progress, lesson scores, review schedule, selected interests, preferences, theme unlocks, avatar settings and community-consent choice are deleted immediately. Local learning data on the current device is also cleared. Live community posts, AI-generated faces and purchases do not yet exist.

Backup timing

An encrypted historical copy can remain inside restricted rotating backups for up to 30 days. It is not available in the live service and expires automatically through backup rotation.

If you cannot sign in

Use “Forgot password?” in Account & sync first. A reset link will be sent if the email belongs to an account. After resetting the password, return to this page and complete the secure deletion steps.
